Black Art Beer Announces Shelf Placement Authorization With Major Supermarket Chain Store

Premier German Beer Importer to Sell From National Supermarket Chain's Shelves

Black Art Importers Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BLVI) announced today that it has received UPC and price approval from a major food retailer to place their beer on the shelves of supermarkets in the Indianapolis-Central Area.

The Indianapolis-Central Area represents approximately 350 stores of the national stores total store count in the four states of Indiana, Michigan, Illinois and Missouri. This approval will allow Black Art Beer to place both Gold and Black labels on their retail shelves with a competitive price point per six-pack. Once Black Art Beer is placed in the retailer's data system, other distributors for Black Art Beer will be able to place product in other regions around the nation.

"The Beer Institute estimates that in 2008 there were approximately 124 million gallons of beer delivered to the 35 million people that live within the Indianapolis Central Region.
