Drs. Andrei Aleinikov And David Smarsh, International Academy Of Genius, On New Law Of Conservation And New Methodology To Combat Gangs

During the Allied Academies International Fall Conference in Las Vegas, Nev., Drs. Andrei Aleinikov, president, and David Smarsh, vice president, International Academy of Genius, reported the development of a Law of Conservation of Operability and announced the application of the Genius Education Methodology to the gangs problem in the U.S.

Operability is a new concept to analyze systems in their movement and flexibility that can be applied to military strategies and operations. As all other new Laws of Conservation, it is also applicable to technical, transportation, communication, economic and other complex systems requiring scientific foundations for global solutions. During the same conference, two scholars showed how the Genius Education Methodology (GEM) can be applied to combat gangs. This Methodology is being introduced to cities and school districts, and results are pending.

Dr. David Smarsh (USAF Colonel) joined the International Academy of Genius in 2007. He currently serves at the Naval Postgraduate School (Monterey, Calif.). Dr. Smarsh's career has encompassed a range of military leadership, operational and academic positions. His experience includes support to space shuttle, military aircraft, and various other federal and national programs. For excellence in service, he has been awarded numerous awards.
