End of Tour Awards for 3rd Brigade, First Cavalry Division Soldiers

MOSUL, Iraq - Third Brigade, First Cavalry Division soldiers are receiving their end of tour awards while they are still in country. Nearly five thousand soldiers are receiving recognition for the hard work they've put into improving the quality of life for the people of Ninewah Province.
Eight-hundred-and-twelve soldiers earned the Bronze Star Award and 4,061 soldiers earned an Army Commendation Medal. Third Brigade soldiers begin returning home this month.
