Camposol Holding Plc - CEO of Camposol intention to resign
The Board of Directors of Camposol
Holding Plc has been informed by
Mr. Juan José Gal'Lino, CEO of Camposol, that Mr. Gal'Lino has the
intention to resign from his position.
The Board has initiated the search for a new CEO of the company.
As
requested by the Board, Mr. Gal'Lino will remain in his position
until a new CEO is hired to secure a good transition period.
The Board will come back with further information in due course.
