Dude Dressed Up Like a Breathalyzer Arrested For DUI on Halloween Night

The Halloween reveler was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, underage possession of alcohol, having an open container and a fake ID, and a one-way street violation. At least the cops didn't cite him for driving with no headlights on, and for being such an idiot.
Cops found an open container of beer in his vehicle, a case of beer on the passenger side front seat, and more beer in the trunk. This dude had beer everywhere except in his glove compartment, he was a traveling liquor store.
Miller's costume had an arrow pointing to his crotch area with the words "Blow Here". When this clown was thrown in the drunk tank, I'm sure the other jailbirds took him up on his offer.
