New Black Conservative Author Defies Liberalism and Breaks Stereotypes

Over the last few generations, African-Americans have been the most loyal constituency of the Democratic Party. At the same time, African-American communities have been destroyed with crime, broken families, unemployment, escalating dropout rates and immorality. He is a former congressional aide and graduate of Florida A&M University. Harper is a decorated veteran of the United States Army and has been recognized by President George W. Bush, members of Congress, and several publications for his service.
