LOS ANGELES - (BUSINESS WIRE) - On Wednesday, November 11 at 11:00 a.m. Caruso Affiliated will unveil to
the media the next generation in customer service, the One Touch
Concierge, at The Americana at Brand. Reporters are invited to be the
first to test the new mobile concierge that will be available to all
visitors at The Grove and The Americana at Brand and residents beginning
Thursday, November 12.
Caruso Affiliated executives and the technology wizards behind the
customer service innovation will give a brief overview and demonstration
of how customers and residents can use One Touch Concierge. Afterward,
reporters will be on their own to stroll through The Americana at Brand
and test the different features. Suggested test applications will be
provided, but creativity is encouraged! The media launch will conclude
with lunch at Amici Trattoria and a final test/demonstration.
