WESTPORT, Conn., Nov. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Concordis Group, Inc., (Pink Sheets: CNGI) a full service financial and consulting firm, today announced that it has finalized the acquisition of Concordis Insurance. Concordis Insurance provides a variety of custom-tailored insurance solutions to captive programs, risk retention groups, self-insured clients, insurance companies and both public and private entities.
