Syntel's Board of Directors Declares Regular Dividend

TROY, Mich., Nov. 5, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Syntel has declared a regular quarterly dividend of six cents ($0.06) per share, on Syntel's common stock, payable on January 14, 2010 to holders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2009.
