United Western Bancorp, Inc. Announces Continued Conference Call Regarding 2009 Third Quarter Results

DENVER - (BUSINESS WIRE) - United Western Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: UWBK) announced today that its investor call that began at 9:00 a.m. MT (11:00 a.m. ET) on November 5, 2009, experienced serious technical problems from its service provider during the call, at the beginning of the question and answer period. We apologize for the inconvenience to our investors and analysts.

The company will continue its conference call with the question and answer session commencing at 10:30 a.m. MT (12:30 p.m. ET) on Thursday, November 5, 2009. Mr. Scot T. Wetzel, President and Chief Executive Officer, William D. Snider, Chief Financial Officer, and Dennis R. Santistevan, Chief Financial Officer of United Western Bank will host the conference call to address investor questions. The conference call may include forward-looking statements.
