Mutual of Omaha Bank to Open New Texas Headquarters in Dallas
DALLAS - (BUSINESS WIRE) - A nine-story office tower strategically located in the Preston Center
area of Dallas will become the new Texas headquarters for Mutual of
Omaha Bank, Texas Market President Robert Strong announced.
Mutual of Omaha Bank has leased 14,000 square feet on the lobby level of
the building, located at 5950 Sherry Lane. The Class "A" office space
offers immediate access to downtown, North Dallas, Love Field and DFW
International Airport. Plans call for Mutual of Omaha Bank to occupy the
space in December 2009.
"Our new Texas headquarters will serve as a focal point for our
expansion in this high growth area," said Robert Strong, President of
Mutual of Omaha Bank's Texas market. "North Dallas is a vibrant
community where some of the area's leading companies are located, making
it an ideal location for our Texas headquarters as well as our
