The newly created SPC company called 'Hiru Corporation Belize' will serve Hiru Corporation as a plug in to merge with theChina based company. AChina based Pharmaceutical company and a Retail Chain are prime targeted candidates and finalists

The restricted shares of Hiru Corporation will be issued to the Hiru Corporation Belize on the closing date. Both Hiru management andChina based Company meet extensively and discuss the best approach to this merger. The document exchange between both sides will commence presently.

The current board members of HIRU have elected to change the direction of the company as its current Italian based small appliance manufacturer subsidiary has been underperforming.
