Frank Bradley Now Heads Up Kahzam
BOCA RATON, Fla. - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Kahzam (OTCBB: KHZM) - an emerging leader in the fast-growing
comprehensive web-based platform developer for associations and affinity
groups market - has named J. Franklin Bradley as President and Chief
Operating Officer of the company. Bradley has more than 35 years of
pioneering experience in breaking new ground and launching new
companies, both domestically and internationally in both high-tech and
healthcare fields. In addition, he is intimately attuned to the
association and affinity group markets, which are core targets for
Kahzam.
Under Bradley's day-to-day operational direction, Kahzam is building a
comprehensive platform of next-generation online search and portal
services, targeted for the $30 billion dollar Association and Affinity
Group market. The Kahzam platform features fully integrated multimedia
content, social networking, e-commerce and advertising that can be
customized to meet the diverse needs of individual Associations,
Affinity Groups and other similar organizations, as well as their
millions of individual members. By doing so, Kahzam will meet
associations' greatest two needs - enhancing member services without
raising dues, and generating additional revenue, again without raising
dues.
To accomplish this market penetration, Kahzam has developed a
portal-based next-generation search engine, which is the core of a
package of web-based Social Networking and Portal services Kahzam is
offering to business and trade associations, not-for-profit foundations,
social and charitable non-profits and other groups dependent on the
continued support and goodwill of members or close-knit networks of
donors.
Following two combat tours with the US Navy Seabees and a variety of
positions with television stations, printers and an internal advertising
agency, Bradley launched the first hospital Public Relations program for
industry giant Hospital Corporation of America. Proving the concept,
Bradley became the firm's chief PR trouble-shooter before being brought
in-house as Vice President to create for HCA the industry's first
in-house Public Relations and Marketing Communications department. In
this role, Bradley began effectively using high-technology to expand
HCA's reach in marketplaces across America and around the world.
In addition to pioneering a unified public relations program for
America's most successful for-profit hospital company, Bradley also
worked closely with several hospital trade associations, including the
American Hospital Association and the Federation of American Hospitals.
Bradley left HCA in 1984 to create two full-service ad/marketing
companies - Notch/Bradley and Lindsey Bradley & Maloy (LB&M).
Notch/Bradley was the first healthcare-only ad/marketing agency in
America, and - for nearly two decades - was the most successful
healthcare-only agency as well, serving more than 250 hospitals,
hospital companies, trade associations and healthcare providers. LB&M
focused on high-tech markets - serving the emerging decentralized
telephone providers, Cellular and Silicon Valley hardware and software
developer marketplaces, as well as the new market of Internet-based
corporate clients. LB&M specialized in serving start-up client companies
and launching new high-tech clients.
Notch/Bradley evolved into - and was ultimately spun off as - the
marketing arm of an international hospital company based in London and
Dubai; while LB&M became LBK Holdings, a firm specializing in branding
and strategic planning for start-up high technology companies, with
Bradley serving as managing general partner. One of LBK's clients was
Kahzam - a subsidiary of groupmolinari of Boca Raton, Florida - and CEO
Stephen Molinari was so impressed with LBK Holdings that he, in essence,
bought the company and put Bradley in charge of executing on LBK's
strategic repositioning recommendations for Kahzam, and to take Kahzam
public - which he did earlier this summer.
Under Bradley's direction, Kahzam is currently beta-piloting its
proprietary portal, search engine and closed-panel Social Networking
services in final preparation for a formal program launch early in 2010.
