Adaptec Announces Cancelation of 2009 Annual Meeting of Stockholders Originally Scheduled for November 10, 2009
MILPITAS, Calif. - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Adaptec, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADPT) today announced that its 2009 Annual
Meeting of Stockholders originally scheduled to be held on Tuesday,
November 10, 2009 at 1:00 p.m., Pacific Time (the "Annual Meeting" ), has
been canceled as a result of certain developments relating to the
Consent Solicitation commenced by Steel Partners II, L.P.
