TC Interconnect Announces Signing an Preliminary Exclusive Distributorship Agreement to Distribute 3gLED Light Bulbs in Hong Kong

Hong Kong, Nov 5, 2009 - (ACN Newswire) - TC Interconnect Holdings Limited (SEHK Code: 0515) ("TC Interconnect"/ the "Group"), one of the top 10 Printed Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturers in Hong Kong and China, today announces that the Group's subsidiary, TC Orient Energy Management ContractCorp. ("TC Orient") entered into a preliminary exclusive distributorship agreement with a major lighting system wholesaler and distributor, Nicenough (China) Limited ("Nicenough") to distribute its 3gLED light bulbs in Hong Kong.

Following the launch of its 3gLED brand light bulbs in Hong Kong and China in mid October, TC Orient participated in the Eco Asia Expo "Hong Kong Pavilion". Both received satisfactory results. The signing of distributorship agreement with Nicenough is a milestone step for the Group to penetrate into Hong Kong market.
