The ASIAN FORUM on CSR Takes Place in Manila with 400+ Delegates from 20 Countries and 30 International Speakers

Manila, Nov 4, 2009 - (ACN Newswire) - The Asian Forum on Corporate Social Responsibility (AFCSR) is recognized as the largest and most significant conference and awards program on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Asia. It is now celebrating its eighth year and over 400 delegatesfrom 20 countries are expected to attend. The principal hosts of AFCSR 2009 are the Asian Institute of Management Ramon V. del Rosario Sr. Center for Corporate Social Responsibility (AIM-RVR Center) and German Technical Cooperation (GTZ).

Mr. Manny V. An integral part of AFCSR is the Asian CSR Awards that recognizes and honors Asian companies for outstanding, innovative and world-class products, services, projects and programs in five categories - Best Workplace Practices; Concern for Health; Environmental Excellence; Poverty Alleviation; and Support and Improvement of Education. The Awards ceremonies will take place during the Gala Dinner and Awards Night of AFCSR 2009 on November 20, 2009.
