ZOLL Medical Corporation Fourth Quarter and Annual Results Conference Call Notification

report fourth quarter and annual results before the market opens on
November 11, 2009. The Company will then hold a conference call on that
date at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) to discuss its quarterly and annual
