e-Merging Technologies, LLC and INFAC Corporation to Terminate Relationship

Managing Global Sales and Engineering Activities

e-Merging Market Technologies, LLC announced today they have terminated there relationship with INFAC Corporation (KSE listed company) effective immediately. Under the relationship which lasted four years, e-Merging Market Technologies had been managing INFAC Corporations offices in North America, Europe, and China and provided the necessary engineering support for mechanical/electronic controls as it relates to the Automobile industry.

The efforts by e-Merging Market Technologies generated approximately $200 million in new global sales revenue over the next 5 years and created a solid foundation for INFAC Corporation to grow with global Automotive OEMs.

The company operates 7 manufacturing plants in Korea, China, and India. In FY2008, INFAC Corporation reported net sales of 142 billion won.
