Tier Schedules Fiscal Year 2009 Fourth Quarter and Year-End Earnings Release and Conference Call

for the fiscal 2009 fourth quarter and year-ended September 30, 2009 on
Tuesday, November 10, 2009.
Ronald L. Rossetti, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Nina Vellayan,
EVP and Chief Operating Officer, and Ronald W. Johnston, Chief Financial
Officer, will host a conference call on Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at
