Sherilyn Burnett Young Joins Centrix Bank's Board of Directors

Ms. Young brings an extensive background in environmental law, with significant experience in estates and trusts as well as corporate, commercial and public finance transactions to Centrix Bank's Board of Directors. In addition, she served on the Horizon Bank Board of Directors and was a former member of the Advisory Board for Primary Bank.

Ms. Young is a founder and President of Rath, Young and Pignatelli, P.C., a prominent law firm with offices in Concord, Nashua and Boston. Founded in 1987, Rath, Young and Pignatelli has earned a reputation for achieving client success through skillful and creative advocacy in private party negotiations, before courts, regulatory agencies and legislatures.

Ms. Young holds a Juris Doctor Degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center. She serves on the Board of Trustees of Franklin Pierce Law Center, Board of Directors for the New Hampshire Business and Industry Association, and is a founding board member of the New Hampshire Supreme Court Society. She was recently named by New Hampshire Magazine as one of the top environmental lawyers in New Hampshire, and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America, Who's Who in American Law and Chambers and Partners USA. Ms. Young is a resident of Concord, NH.
