13th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) Public Affairs

CAMP TAJI, Iraq - Staff Sgt. Michael Chastain, of St. Cloud, Minn., a member of Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 541st Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 96th Sustainment Brigade, spends countless hours on the phone as he makes calls all over the brigade and even back to the United States in his effort to help Soldiers get the things they want when re-enlisting. Chastain is the Career Counselor for the 541st CSSB, and he also takes care of all the other active duty Soldiers in the brigade. Since October 1, Chastain has overseen and assisted with 23 re-enlistments, getting the Solders over $95,000 in reenlistment bonuses.
