Royal Style Design Signs Letter Of Intent With Diversified Global Holdings

Royal Style Design Inc. today announced that it has signed a Letter of Intent with Diversified Global Holdings. Diversified Global Holdings is an international company with eight divisions and subsidiaries that capitalize on the ever-expanding worldwide demand for progress, resources and business efficiency, energy, services and products. The company's focus is on growth through acquisitions to increase shareholder value.

Under the terms of the Letter of Intent, the companies agree to negotiate the purchase of all the outstanding shares of Diversified Global Holdings by Royal Style Design, and it details the conditions for the mutual exchange of information.
