HRW, Inc. Community Managers Receive CMCA Designation From National Board for Certification of Community Association Managers

RALEIGH, N.C., Oct. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- HRW, Inc., an Associa Company, proudly announces Keli Autry and Precious Fisher recently earned the credential Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), awarded by the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers(NBC-CAM).

The CMCA credential signifies managers have passed NBC-CAM's national exam and met the requirements for managing condominium, cooperative and homeowner associations. Certified managers must also adhere to the CMCA Standards of Professional Conduct and take continuing education.

Ms. Autry has more than five years experience in homeowner association management including single-family, townhome and condominium communities. She is a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker and brings significant knowledge to HRW, Inc. with her background in association management, real estate sales, accounting and paralegal.

Ms. Fisher has over eight years of Property Management experience and is a licensed North Carolina Life and Health Insurance agent. Ms. Fisher manages a portfolio of community associations consisting of single family homes and townhomes.
