William Wise / Millennium Bank Assets to be Sold in Raleigh, NC
ROCKINGHAM, N.C., Oct. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- It was announced today that the William Wise / Millennium Bank assets will be sold at Public Auction in Raleigh, NC. The auction is being conducted by Iron Horse Auction Company, Inc. of Rockingham, NC and Leland Little Auction & Estate Sales, Ltd. of Hillsborough, NC. The auction is being conducted under a Federal Court order to sell the assets to benefit the 375 investors who lost a reported 80 million dollars in Wise's elaborate Caribbean-based Ponzi Scheme.
The auction includes 2 luxury Mercedes Benz vehicles and a Cadillac Escalade, a high end wine collection, women's designer accessories, custom high end designer diamond jewelry and watches, original art and collectibles. The event will be held on November 18th at 1:00 p.m. at the North Raleigh Hilton and will be broadcast live over the internet. The bidders can attend in person or bid in real time via the internet.
