Effective Control Transport Announces a Newly Appointed CEO

Effective Control Transport, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EFFC)

technology that monitors an operator's vigilance and awareness (Driver's
Mates(TM) which is powered by the CRAM(TM) software), is pleased to
announce the appointing of Mr. Michel Nader as the new Chief Executive
Officer of the Company as of today.
As the new CEO, Mr. Nader will oversee the general operations of the
company, will be involved in the financial activities of ECT and will
establish a strategic development plan for the future. "Part of my job in
ECT will be to increase shareholders values and help to bring this company
to the next level," said Michel Nader.
Mr. Nader will be announcing on 16 of October 2009, a 90 day plan of the
company's upcoming activities. This plan will include details about new
financials and distribution partners local and overseas. It will also
include details about the mass market product to be release in 2010.
Prior to his role with ECT, Mr. Nader was the founder of "GCL Computers,"
creator of the GCL computer systems, General Manager of the International
development department for "Shanghai Jenjune Limited" based in China,
leader and manufacturer of different products for the South American
market, Mr. Michel Nader was in charge of developing a new market in the
Middle East and North America, Mr. Nader is the founder and President of
"Nader Construction" one of the important promoters in Quebec in
residential projects, with over 20 million dollars in houses and condos
projects, Mr. Nader also is the Vice president of Nader Investment group,
based in Lebanon.
Mr. Nader holds a Bachelor degree in Business and computer science.
Mr. Raphael Huppe resigns as of today, of his position of CEO and will
remain as Chairman of the Board and Chief Technical Officer of the company.
