Responsys Wins Prestigious OMMA Award for Creative Excellence
Responsys' Creative Services Team Honored for Work on Client Harley-Davidson; Finalist for Client Lenovo

Responsys, a global provider of

has received an OMMA award in the Email Standalone category for its work on
the Harley-Davidson "We Ride Free" campaign. The OMMA Awards are one of
the industry's top honors and celebrate the year's best in online media,
marketing and advertising. Two of the three finalists in the Email
Standalone category were created by Responsys -- the winning Harley-Davidson entry and
Lenovo's Earth day promo.
Responsys designed the winning email campaign for its client
Harley-Davidson to personify the brand's tribute to the "American icon" and
the open road, and generate visibility for the Free Ride promotion for
current Harley-Davidson subscribing customers. The campaign was a success
-- it encouraged sales of new motorcycles at local dealers with a
compelling trade-in offer and nearly doubled click-through rates of past
retail benchmarks. This OMMA award is one of nearly 30 awards collected by
Responsys in the last three years for creative excellence.
For its client Lenovo, Responsys created a campaign around a central
message that highlighted the free trial of Lenovo's Online Back-Up program
and the computer company's dedication to greener PC choices. The campaign
resulted in a 28 percent increase in open rates, a 33 percent increase in
click-through rates, and the highest number of conversions to orders for
Lenovo in Q1 2009.
