GM Selects Chrome, a DealerTrack Company, to Support Its Integrated Dealership Accessories Solution
PORTLAND, Ore. - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Chrome Systems Inc., a subsidiary of DealerTrack Holdings, Inc.
(Nasdaq: TRAK) and an industry leader in managing automotive data, today
announced that General Motors has selected Chrome as the exclusive
provider of a fully integrated accessories solution that GM is now
offering its dealers across the United States. This comprehensive and
cost-effective digital marketing solution provides GM dealers with
industry-leading functionality to increase their accessory sales and
profitability.
The Chrome
Accessories Solution provides the flexibility to meet dealers'
diverse business requirements. It features seamless integration with a
dealer's own web site, along with eCommerce capabilities, VIN look-up
and search functionality for available accessories, 360-degree
visualization of accessorized vehicles and build-your-own capability, as
well as additional features. Chrome and GM have also customized the
solution to allow full integration with other GM dealership systems,
including a common login interface.
