WARREN, Mich., Sept. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- MSX International, Inc. (MSXI) today announced the appointment of Frederick K. Minturn as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He replaces interim CEO Richard Puricelli who will remain a director of the Company and provide counsel to Mr. Minturn during the transition period.

"I'm very pleased that the Board of Directors has chosen Fred as the new CEO of MSXI," said Puricelli. "I have worked with Fred for many years in day-to-day operational situations, as well as establishing the critical strategies for the growth of MSXI. Fred has the right mix of customer focus, care for the best interests of our staff, and diligence for our investors."

Mr. Minturn, who was appointed Chief Operating Officer in April 2009, has worked at the Company for 25 years, including serving as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the last 12 years.

"The challenges facing the global automotive industry today present tremendous opportunities for MSXI to grow our proven solutions with our existing customers as well as expanding into new customers. Replacing Minturn as CFO is R. Michael Muraske. Muraske has 32 years of service with MSXI and its predecessor companies. He most recently served as Vice President-Finance Director of MSXI Americas, prior to which he served in various senior management positions in finance and accounting.

"Mike has been a major contributor to the success of MSXI over the years," said Minturn. "I am excited to have him serve as CFO and broaden his influence throughout the company."
