My Lighthouse Stranger

On deck of the lighthouse, staring into the sea
I watch as sun sets
Darkness moves in

Through clouds and the lighthouse beam
A half moon appears

As I stand alone on the deck
Embracing the windy salty sea air
I listen as the waves crash

I feel shallow breathing behind me
You surround my soul holding me captive
I'm motionless in the mist

I feel your arms around me
As I melt into your soul

Through your mysterious eyes
You take me into a misty dark journey

Keeping me safe from harm

You're my stranger, I'm safe now
