2009 Vampire Ball in Sacramento to Raise Money for Romanian Animal Charity

Shannon McCabe and Paul Dale Roberts of H.P.I (Haunted and Paranormal Investigations International) are holding this year s premiere Halloween party, the 2009 Vampire Ball. A raffle will be held at the Vampire Ball with all the proceeds going to McCabe & Roberts charity, ROLDA. (Romanian League in Defense of Animals). On October 31st, 2009 there will be Vampires giving back to Romania, it just makes sense.

Thanks to ROLDA and its Supporters: Since 2003, two stray rescue centers were built from ground up and administrated; one was evaluated in 2004 among 17 others and was chosen the best shelter in Eastern Europe; since then, we continuously gain experience to improve dogs and their sheltering conditions. The second rescue center accommodates 600 homeless dogs. In 2008/2009, ROLDA sterilized and returned 1,100 street dogs from the Mittal Steel plant, preventing hundred of thousands unwanted animals and assuring a healthier and secure environment for the workers of Mittal Steel where the dogs were living. Between 2004 -2009, over 3,300 dogs have been sterilized in collaboration with local veterinary clinics thanks to donations. None of this would have ever been possible without the continuous generosity of our activists. Shannon McCabe & Paul Dale Roberts have been chosen by ROLDA to be their celebrity activists because of their love and generosity towards animals.
