WC Panthers Party Condoles Death of Master Parshotam Singh
An emergency meeting of the Working Committee of JKNPP met here and condoled the death of Shri Parshotam Singh ji of Hira Nagar who breathed his last at about midnight. The Working Committee in a resolution expressed shock on the unfortunate demise of Shri Parshotam Singh ji in Medical College Hospital and conveyed sympathies to the bereaved family.
Shri Parshotam Singh is father of Shri Rajender Singh Manjoo, State Secretary of JKNPP. Shri Parshotam Singh was Physical Training Teacher of Prof. Bhim Singh in 1953 when Bhim Singh joined Ramnagar High School. Mr. Bhim Singh in his condolence message said that in his (Shri Parshotam Singh) death he has lost a great and noble teacher from whom he (Bhim Singh) learnt patience, sacrifice, truthful activism which remained ingrained in him till this day. "In his death, I have lost a great friend, well-wisher and a teacher". Bhim Singh said in his message.
Those who attended special condolence meeting included Shri Harsh Dev Singh, Shri Bansi Lal Sharma, Shri Balwant Singh Mankotia, Shri Yashpal Kundal, Shri Faqir Nath, Ms. Anita Thakur, S. Daljit Singh, Shri H.C. Jalmeria.
The party flags were lower half-mast on all the offices of the Panthers Party in Kashmir, Udhampur, Jammu, Kathua, Doda, Poonch, Delhi in honour of the departed soul.
