With over 55% of sales generated via its online store, he has honed a user-friendly shopping experience with innovative applications that drive customer value and boost conversion rates.

Now in its eighth year, this conference is built around the core processes of the digital marketing cycle, addressing the fundamental questions that online marketers face: how to get the right people to your site; how to get visitors to do what you want them to; how to keep them there and grow their value; and how to measure and optimise the success of your online marketing.

The Online Marketing Masterclasses attracts top practitioners from leading brands who work across the digital marketing and e-commerce spectrum. The first delegates to register this year are from AXA PPP Healthcare, Interflora, Dell, The Caravan Club and Legal & General.
