Actor JF Davis who currently co-stars in the CW4Kids hit TV show, "Kamen Rider Dragon Knight" playing "Frank Taylor", the father of main hero Kamen Rider Kit Taylor (Stephen Lunsford) is not only TV's hot new dad but as well the new super dad.

Representative of the ideal father/son relationship, Davis' character shed light on the responsibilities of fatherhood and how dads can be good roles models to their children. Frank Taylor becomes the mythical and mystical symbol of the mentor who not only instills family values to his son but as well guides him through his journey toward self discovery as he gradually learns to become a responsible man.

Indeed, the father/son relationship is skilfully developped through JF Davis' character who regularly appears in dream sequences to not only guide his son Kit in his quest but as well help him evolve and grow into a fully accomplished Kamen Rider.

When asked about similarities/differences between him and his character Frank, Jeff says: "We are both loving fathers who are there for our sons, I spend a lot of time with my boys playing sports and just hanging out. I also have always been around motorcycles and I used to race stock cars so Frank and I are a lot alike. The differences are I have never disappeared and my wife is still with me." Jeff has been married for 14 years and has two boys, Brett 13 and Jared 11.

The hit live action series KAMEN RIDER DRAGON KNIGHT airs Saturdays at 11:00am on The CW Network as part of their CW4Kids Saturday morning lineup. KAMEN RIDER DRAGON KNIGHT quickly moved to the top tier of new kids' series, attracting solid audiences as well as positive reviews from leading online and traditional media. The popular show also airs internationally on networks and countries including: Media Set - Italy; Venevision - Venezuela; Caracol - Columbia; TV Globo - Brazil; Televisa - Mexico and RTL II - Germany. It will also be shown on Toei's satellite subscription channel Toei Channel in the fall of 2009.

Kamen Rider: Dragon Knight is the title of the American adaptation of the Japanese tokusatsu series Kamen Rider Ryuki, the twelfth installment in the Kamen Rider Series. Produced by Steve and Michael Wang, the duo brought Japan's iconic motorcycle riding heroes to America. The show features break-out stars Stephen Lunsford (Kit Taylor /Kamen Rider Dragon Knight), Matt Mullins (Len/Kamen Rider Wing Knight), Yvonne Arias (Maya), Scott Bailey (JTC/Kamen Rider Strike), William O'Leary (General Xaviax) and JF Davis (Frank Taylor).

Produced by leading Japanese entertainment studio ADNESS Entertainment, Kamen Rider Dragon Knight follows the heroic adventures of teenager Kit Taylor. The show revolves around a group of twelve called the Kamen Riders, who are the protectors of Ventara, a mirror world opposite to our own. In battle against the wicked General Xaviax, the Riders were defeated and ten of them were stripped of their Advent Decks, special card decks that allow whoever wields them to transform into Kamen Riders and utilize unique weapons and powers.

While searching for his missing father (played by JF Davis), Kit Taylor finds an Advent Deck that allows him to become Kamen Rider Dragon Knight. He eventually meets Len, who serves as Kamen Rider Wing Knight, and the pair join forces after Kit learns that General Xaviax has imprisoned his father in Ventara and is using him and the other humans that his monsters abduct to gain power and rebuild his homeworld. Furthermore, Xaviax begins using his shape-shifting powers to recruit corrupt humans to become Kamen Riders and aid him in his goal by destroying the Kamen Riders interfering in it.

While the TV series may look like a Power Ranger remake, it's actually the opposite as Power Rangers was inspired by Kamen Rider. Also it is aimed to a higher demograph of kids; actors take situations more seriously, and the script is more mature in its content. Also, while the series offers some of the best action and visual effects on television - not to mention martial arts techniques - it contains as well a lot of morals and under lying spritual messages to its young audience. Focusing one of the main story lines, it shows some heart in Kit's desire to reunite with his missing father, which ultimately drives his actions.

Kamen Rider is a hugely popular franchise that originated in Japan since the early 70s and was originally created by the late Shotaro Ishinomori, who also created the first 2 shows of the Sentai franchise that later shows would be used for the Power Rangers, he also created Cyborg 009, Skull Man and Kikaider and was awarded the Guinness World Record for most comics published by one author, totaling over 128,000 pages. He also created the comic adaptation of The Legend of Zelda.

JF Davis decided to become an actor later than the usual norm - in his mid to late twenties. And it all happened one day as he was watching TV and saw a girl he knew from his hometown (Maine) on a soap opera. That day he decided if she could do it so could he. And he surely did! Davis' film/TV credits include "WINDTALKERS" with Nick Cage, guest spots on TV include episodes of "Private Practice", "THE WEST WING", "LAS VEGAS", "ARLI$$", "THE PRETENDER", and most recently the season finale of "Grey's Anatomy". As for his role on Kamen Rider, JF, then agent-less, got it guerilla style by submitting himself for an audition.
