Market Leader Chooses Epicor ERP to Streamline Production

Epicor Software Corporation today announced that UK-based Linkam Scientific Instruments has chosen the next-generation Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution from Epicor, to replace a variety of internal systems and processes. Linkam is the market leader in temperature controlled microscopy with products installed in thousands of laboratories worldwide.

Linkam has recently undergone a major expansion program to increase manufacturing capacity and to provide its R&D department with a best-in-class working environment. With a network of distributors worldwide, the company required an ERP solution that could give it better business insight through a tight integration of information across departments, more streamlined production through better manufacturing functionality, and improved sales and marketing statistics in order to maintain the market leadership position.
