Qdoba Mexican Grill Receives Gold Consumers' Choice Award from Restaurants & Institutions Magazine
DENVER - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Denver-based Qdoba Mexican Grill (www.qdoba.com)
recently received the Gold Award in the Mexican restaurant category in Restaurants
& Institutions magazine's annual Consumers' Choice in Chains
awards. In addition to the Gold Award in the Mexican restaurant
category, Qdoba was named the best among all chains for convenience by
families with children who participated in the study.
In the Consumers' Choice in Chains study, conducted by Restaurants &
Institutions magazine (www.rimag.com),
3,000 consumers were asked to rate nearly 120 chain restaurants on eight
customer satisfaction attributes, including food quality, menu variety,
value, service, atmosphere, cleanliness, reputation and convenience.
Platinum, gold and silver award winners were named in 13 menu
categories, including Mexican, based on the scores given to each
restaurant chain.
"At Qdoba, we have always provided our guests with handcrafted,
innovative meals that are full of fresh flavors and high-quality
ingredients," said Karen Guido, vice president of marketing for Qdoba.
"To be named among the top Mexican chains and the most convenient chain
for families with children by consumers is the highest honor a
restaurant can receive, and it's a testament to the strength of our
amazing restaurant teams, as this kind of accolade wouldn't be possible
without them."
Now in its 29th year, the Restaurants & Institutions
Consumers' Choice in Chains award is recognized as a key measure of
success by restaurant chains across the country.
"The Restaurants & Institutions Consumers' Choice in Chains
award is a people's choice award that sends a powerful message to the
industry and beyond as to which restaurants have earned business and
guest loyalty and the attributes that set them apart from others in each
segment," said Dan Hogan, Restaurants & Institutions'
publisher.
