Panthers Chief Demands Resignation of The Chief Minister
After the conclusion of two days emergency meeting of the workers of JKNPP the Chairman, Prof. Bhim Singh asked the Chief Minister to step down in the interest of security of the State and its functioning as well as in his own interest, lest he is thrown out by the smoldering volcanoes in Kashmir politics.
Killing of the CRPF personnel in the mid-day in the heart of Srinagar City adds to the charges against the Government that it has failed to govern when the security personnel are not safe and innocent citizens are insure, law and order has collapsed and corruption is ruling the State.
There is no an iota of doubt that the present government has failed to function. Naturally, there are four ministers in the government namely, Mr. Taj Mohiuddin, Peerzada Mohd. Syed, Ghulam Hassan Mir and Tara Chand against whom criminal cases stand registered by the Accountability Commission or by State Vigilance Organization.
The Chief Minister and Mr. Tara Chand have not been cleared of the sex scandal. The High Court orders have not been implemented to complete investigation. The Shopian rape and murder case of two innocent ladies is sufficient ground for Mr. Omar Abdullah to step down.
Prof. Bhim Singh also called on political parties to stop propaganda against the security forces who have made unprecedented sacrifices in defence of our borders as well as for the safety and security of the people in the State. Panthers Party Chief said that who are accusing the defence forces should not forget that they are enjoying their freedom and political luxury only because of the defence forces. He said that the Panthers Party shall start awareness campaign in the Valley against the enemies of peace, may they be agents of foreign agencies or political hawks seeking power.
Prof. Bhim Singh urged upon Prime Minister of India for his effective intervention to save Gilgit-Baltistan region from the military hawks of Pakistan who intend to annex Gilgit with Pakistan in utter violation of Resolution of UNCIP of 1948.
