Panthers Take Parikarma of Goverdhan, Pledge to Continue Battle for Justice
Prof. Bhim Singh, Chairman, National Panthers Party and Member, National Integration Council on the invitation of Shankeracharya of Puri visited Goverdhan, famous as Giri Raj yesterday and took parikarma of 21 kms. around Goverdhan to mark a respect to the great fight that Lord Krishna had to take up against the domination of Indra at a time when Dwapar Yug was sleeping into the darkness of Kalyug.
Panthers Party Chairman was accompanied by Shankeracharya of Puri, Panthers Party National Secretary, Mrs. Shakuntla Singh Chib, Mr. Rajinder Singh Chib and others during Pad Yatra. Thousands of devotees from neighbouring states, Bihar, Rajasthan, Haryana were witnessed walking bare feet to express their faith in Lord Krishna.
The Panthers Party Chairman also visited Mathura, where Kans ruled with brutal hands and his rule ended when Krishna killed him. The Panthers Party leaders also visited pollution stuck Jamuna River where Krishna hooked the King of Serpents (Kalia Naag) there, Kadamb tree where Krishna used to play.
Prof. Bhim Singh expressed shock and total disappointment on the attitude of the State and Central governments for their failure to check horrifying pollution in the Jamuna River. He said that the money given by the Centre has not been utilized by Mayawati government for domestic reason. Prof. Bhim Singh that government money which Mayawati has been spending on erecting her statues in the state would have changed the fate of Jamuna and the people living around had she put in this money in this project.
Addressing several meetings of the local citizens Prof. Bhim Singh accused the leadership and the Centre for the present problems in Jammu and Kashmir. He said there shall be peace in Jammu and Kashmir as long as state is not reorganized and dynasty rule is brought to an end.
