Free Health Tips: The Dilemma of Our Nation's Health Care
By Steve Fisher, ND
Today I want to discuss the dilemma of our nation's health care. If each of us would take responsibility for our own healthcare by doing the best we can to maintain a state of wellness it would cure this national crisis we face today.
It is not that difficult for us to do! We all need to do the following on a regular basis:
Exercise at least four times per week for a minimum of twenty minutes per session
Drink alcohol in extreme moderation
Stop smoking if you do and don't start if you don't
Reduce our calorie consumption
Eat more vegetables and fruits
Eat less red meat
Drink plenty of pure water
Limit our intake of white sugar, white flour, and white rice
It is our responsibility to do the things required to maintain our own health and wellbeing. Please be proactive!
Healthfully Yours,
