Williams & Williams to Auction the Historic Glendorn Resort
TULSA, Okla. - (BUSINESS WIRE) - The acclaimed Glendorn
Resort, located in Bradford, Pennsylvania, will
sell at auction at www.williamsauction.com/glendorn
(both on site and live via the internet) on Sunday, October 4, at 2:00
p.m. EDT/1:00 p.m. CDT/11:00 a.m. PDT. Williams
& Williams, the premier brand in real estate auction, will
manage the sale. Auction

The
Glendorn Resort is a 1,207 (+/-) acre award winning Relais &
Chateaux property. Originally founded in the mid 1920's by the Dorn
family, this secluded estate is one of the last privately owned family
retreats in America today. The property houses 14 guest cabins ranging

the main lodge, known as the Big House, 14 cabins, recreational and
maintenance buildings.

Parcel Two - 593 (+/-) acres located on the north side of the resort
consisting of black cherry, red oak, ash, hard and soft maple.
Estimated volume to be logged in the next five to ten years is
1,100,000 board feet.

Parcel Three - 194 (+/-) acres located on the south side of the resort
consisting of black cherry, red oak, ash, hard and soft maple.
Estimated volume to be cut in the next five to ten years is 287,000
board feet.

Parcel Four - 2 (+/-) acres - Known as "The Gate House" this property
lies outside of Glendorn's fencing at the main gate.
