Florida Atlantic Stock Transfer, Inc. Terminates Acquisition Talks With Starinvest Group, Inc.

Florida Atlantic Stock Transfer, Inc., a Tamarac, Florida based securities transfer agency, announced today that it has terminated acquisition talks with Starinvest Group, Inc.

Rene Garcia, president of Florida Atlantic, stated the company's position that Starinvest, Inc. had failed to meet certain terms of a Letter of Intent issued June 16, 2009 under which Starinvest, Inc. proposed to acquire all of the outstanding capital stock of Florida Atlantic Stock Transfer, Inc.

Garcia added that Florida Atlantic Stock Transfer, Inc. is continuing to entertain purchase offers from other interested parties.
