InterRent REIT Postpones Conference Call Scheduled to Discuss CLV Group Transaction to 11 a.m. ET

InterRent Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: IIP.UN) ("InterRent") today announced that due to recent developments, it is postponing its previously scheduled conference call on Thursday, August 6, 2009 to 11 a.m. ET.

The conference call will be hosted by G. Michael Newman, Chief Executive Officer and Victor Stone, Trustee and Member of the Special Committee.
