Serena Lean BPM Speeds up Australian Sports and Anti-Doping Authority

SYDNEY and REDWOOD CITY, Calif., July 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Australia's peak anti-doping body, the Australian Sports and Anti-Doping Authority (ASADA) has chosen Serena Business Mashups to deliver speed and efficiency across their entire business processes.

ASADA's staff in their 4 national offices are able to access Serena online to log an IT complaint or submit an issue. This allows them to quickly pick up and facilitate the request and trace the job online, resulting in more accurate information, less confusion and faster response times.

According to Gilmore, this single source of information has greatly improved the efficiency of the IT department, reducing the time required for the Help Desk to respond and fix any problems. Additionally, if it is a recurring problem, the technician can use Business Mashups to immediately refer to the previous request and quickly identify the problem.
