NASCAR's Kyle Petty, Brad Keselowski, Michael Annett to Speak about Dangers of Distracted Driving at Nationwide's Des Moines Campus
DES MOINES, Iowa - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Nationwide Insurance is proud to announce that it will be bringing
NASCAR star Kyle Petty and drivers Brad Keselowski and Michael Annett to
Nationwide Insurance's campus in downtown Des Moines this Wednesday.
Petty, Keselowski and Annett will speak to race fans about the dangers
of committing DWD
- Driving While Distracted.
Nearly 40 percent of teens and young adults send and receive text
messages while driving and the same percentage were hit or almost hit by
someone using their cell phone while driving, according to a 2008
survey sponsored by Nationwide Insurance.

The NASCAR Nationwide Series will be at Iowa Speedway on Saturday,
August 1, 2009 for the US Cellular 250. Coverage beings at 3:30 p.m.
Central Time on ESPN2.
