Needless to say a girl can't get pregnant in a swimming pool -- unless she had sex in the pool.

Magdalena is either incredibly ignorant or incredibly greedy. Magdalena's frivolous lawsuit will only succeed in making her and her daughter laughingstocks in two countries.

The pregnant young girl doesn't need to be in the glare of the media, her mother should immediately withdraw her lawsuit. The mother should accept the fact that her daughter got pregnant the old-fashioned way, and love and support her.
