Clear Channel Outdoor Appoints David Clark as General Counsel

PHOENIX - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CCO), today announced the appointment of David M. Clark as Executive Vice President and General Counsel - Americas. He will report to Andrew Levin, Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of Clear Channel Communications, Inc., CCO's parent company. Laura Toncheff will remain with the company as Deputy General Counsel - Americas on a part-time basis.

Mr. Clark has been a member of CCO's legal team for the past five years, most recently serving as a Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel. Prior to joining CCO, he spent nine years in the New York City and San Diego offices of major national law firms, most recently at Heller Ehrman, where he represented high technology and other clients on a broad range of corporate matters.

In announcing the appointment, Paul Meyer, President and CEO, CCO-Americas, stated, "David's broad industry experience and technical legal skills position him to become an important contributor to our management team. Mr. Clark holds a B.A. from Brigham Young University and a J.D. from George Washington University.
