Artesian Consulting Engineers Senior Architect Receives LEED Accreditation

NEWARK, Del. - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Artesian Consulting Engineers, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Artesian Resources (NASDAQ:ARTNA) offering an integrated land development service in Milton, Delaware, is pleased to recognize senior architect Bruce J. Moneta, A.I.A., for receiving the nationally recognized Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional certification for New Construction.

The LEED Professional Accreditation Program is managed by the Green Building Certification Institute. This prestigious accreditation is presented to professionals who have demonstrated a thorough understanding and latest knowledge of green building practices and principles and who have passed the national examination.

Moneta's most recent certification is a prominent addition to his long list of professional qualifications, including licensure as a Professional Architect in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida. He is also a member of several professional organizations, such as the U.S. Green Building Council, American Institute of Architects and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. In addition, he is an active member of the National Fire Protection Association and the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
