Sundance Vacations Presents Pittston Area Elementary Student With iPod Nano
Sundance Vacations recently surprised a
Pittston Area Elementary student with a free iPod Nano as part of the
company's "School Bucks" program.
"School Bucks" is a fun and easy way to raise funds for the Pittston Area
Elementary Students. The School Bucks program provides something for
everyone: the guest, the student and the school.
Each guest to Sundance
Vacations receives two tickets to an upcoming Wilkes-Barre/Scranton
Penguins or Pioneers game at the Wachovia Arena plus a $25 dinner
certificate. Students can earn valuable prizes like iPods, cameras, TVs,
and they even have a chance to win a trip to Disney world. The Pittston PTO
earns $100 for every qualified customer who attends the presentation. All
parents have to do is make an appointment to visit Sundance Vacations
Wilkes-Barre office to hear a one hour presentation about the exciting
travel programs. If they qualify, it's a win-win situation for the parent,
the student, and the school.

Recently, a Pittston Area Elementary student Kalie Uzialko came to the
corporate office to receive her iPod Nano. CFO Marvin Metzger presented her
with the exciting prize. "I'm really happy. I can't wait to download
music," said Uzialko.
Sundance Vacations has found "School Bucks" to be both beneficial and
valuable. "School organizations can earn a lot more money with 'school
bucks' than by peddling cupcakes at bake sales. Parents are already
spending time doing fundraising. This program is a way to minimize their
time and be paid more," explained Sundance Vacations Founder Tina Dowd.
