agreement to sell its Alcan Packaging Food Americas division to Bemis
Company, Inc for a total consideration of US$1.2 billion of which US$
200 million may be in the form of shares in Bemis Company, Inc.
Star Scientific Inc (NASDAQ:STSI) is up 10% trading at $0.94 on no news.

Protalix BioTherapeutics Inc (AMEX:PLX) move 13% to $5.15 after the
Company announced today that it was approached by the U.S. Food and Drug
Administration (FDA) and asked to consider submitting a treatment
protocol for the use of prGCD in patients with Gaucher disease in order
to address an expected shortage of the drug Cerezyme(R), a mammalian
cell expressed version of glucocerebrosidase (GCD) and the only enzyme
replacement therapy currently approved for Gaucher disease.
