Newstrike Announces Private Placement
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA - (Marketwire - July 3, 2009) - Newstrike Capital Inc. (NEX:NES.H) ("Newstrike" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that it has agreed to a non-brokered private placement of 1,000,000 common shares at a price of $0.10 per share for cash proceeds of up to $100,000. The proceeds will be used for general working capital. This private placement is subject to regulatory approval, and the shares will be restricted from trading for a period of four months from the date of issuance in compliance with TSX Venture Exchange policies and securities legislation.
