Two High Court Judges Cannot Demolish a Civilization
Prof. Bhim Singh, Chairman of the National Panthers Party and Member of the National Integration Council (NIC) described today's judgment by two Delhi High Court Judges as totally unconstitutional, improper, unethical and condemnable permitting sex between people of the same gender, with consent.
Prof. Bhim Singh who is also a noted Human Right Lawyer at the global level and Chairman of the State Legal Aid Committee declared that he shall take the matter to the Supreme Court to save India's centuries' old culture and civilization from the Anglo-American cultural invasion which is being thrust into the great land of the world super civilization.
Prof. Bhim Singh called on the youth and students in particular, irrespective of their caste, religion, region or even country, to raise their voice against this disgusting, revolting and unethical judgment by two Judges which is not only anti-family, but also anti-national, anti-religion. It serves the cause of the Anglo-American Bloc which has been the enemy of India's cultural heritage and civilization. In the word of Allama Iqbal, "Kuchh baat hai ke hasti mit-ti nahin hamari. Sadiyon raha hai dushman daure zaman hamara".
Dr. Iqbal has rightly said that there is some secret that our existence could not be destroyed though the foreign powers remained our (India) enemies for centuries.
The foreign powers have invaded our culture, civilization and national pride.
Prof. Bhim Singh also appealed to all political, social and religious groups to condemn this undesirable judgment from two adventurous judges by taking to the streets from Kashmir to Kanyakumari and Dwarka to Kohima.
